I know an finite cap cheat not mentioned. Only works on 360 though. Need at least 35000 caps. Go to your megaton house and open a locker. Place any amount of caps in and remove them. Do the same thing again then place all caps in. If it worked the caps that you put in the locker will be almost double the amour that you actually put in. This is very useful. You can get nearly 3 million caps in five minutes. Use one of the other cap cheats to get the original 35000 caps.

I think this structure is highly unlikely to be built or even being considered. considering how the Kalifur turned out(high vacancy) it would take more than just wealth to build a tower like this and the only people i can see building something like this in the near future(20-50 years from now) would be the Chinese

I like what I see, very innovative. I have a few ideas on how to make this heli a real winner and make it commercially available. If I can get some information on this ‘mad’ guy who designed this and maybe a few more photos that would be great. If you have an email address or a website for this guy, even better.
