Nerf Vulcan EBF-25 is Crazy, Disintigrator Not Impressed
February 19, 2008

If you like sticking small suction-cup tipped darts to things with glass surfaces, then Nerf has some great news for you. If you’re over the age of 13, then you’re probably not that interested in this news. The Nerf Vulcan EBF-25 is a fully-automatic, belt-driven, 25 dart-launching behemoth of a Nerf gun. The product description touts the confusing jargon awesome technical aspects of the gun.
This impressive blaster comes complete with a fold-up tripod to steady your aim, 25 sonic micro darts that whistle through the air when launched and a 25-dart belt. The NERF N-STRIKE VULCAN EBF-25 blaster features the Tactical Rail System allowing players to customize their blaster for each mission - for example, players can use the green ‘night vision’ Tactical Light accessory (sold separately) for nighttime missions.
I don’t know what a sonic micro dart is, but I can tell you what it isn’t: a rubber hand. Also, I’m not sure what a tactical rail system is, but I can tell you what it isn’t: balsa wood. These are my preferred choices of ammo and weapon technology. They also happen to be the key components of the Disinitgrator: the world’s greatest form of toy-gun technology. Well, next to an AK-47, that is. Some of you might say that an AK-47 “isn’t a toy”, but toys are fun, and have you ever shot a bunch of hippies with an AK-47? I’m telling you, it’s the most fun you’ll have all week.
